P0sixninja claims to have discovered exploits for next jailbreak, Ex-Chronic Dev Team member, and popular jailbreak expert, p0sixninja, claims that he has discovered exploits that will be leading to the next iOS jailbreak. He tweeted recently saying that he thinks the next jailbreak might be created entirely by him. He also tweeted that the Evad3rs team is not going anywhere and he has discovered the required exploits on his own over the last few months.
This has come as a wave of relief to iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch users who updated their devices to iOS 6.1.3 recently. Apple fixed 4 exploits that were users by the Evad3rs Team in the Evasi0n Jailbreak for iOS 6.x. But the question remains that whether the jailbreak will be released for iOS 6.1.3 or for iOS 7.
iOS 7 is expected to make its debut in about 6 to 7 months from now. If the exploits are released now, then it is most likely that Apple will fix those bugs in the iOS 7 release, which will again make it a long delay till exploits are discovered that can be used to jailbreak iOS 7.
On the other hand, the Evad3rs team, who are behind the Evasi0n Jailbreak also have said that they have enough exploits in order to devise an entirely new jailbreak. But it seems that even they are waiting for iOS 7 to release o use those exploits. Many people are saying that finding a way to downgrade iOS 6.1.3 to iOS 6.1.2 for post A4 chip devices would be a better idea for iOS 6.1.3 instead of releasing a new jailbreak, since the jailbreakers seem to be waiting for the release of iOS 7 in order to use their discovered exploits to devise a new jailbreak. We can only wait, hoping for either a jailbreak or a downgrade option to be released soon either by p0sixninjs or the Evad3rs team.
