At least we can tell from the UDID Registration requests we received for installing iOS 8 Beta on their iOS devices.

But there is always a catch with the Beta versions, there is a reason why these developer only releases are called as Beta. They have numerous bugs and glitches. Like i am recently facing a problem with my iPhone 5 on iOS 8 Beta 2, the phone restarts whenever i receive a call. But this may not happen to you, so if you are feeling like downgrading to iOS 7 here the tutorial below.

iOS 7.1.1 is the latest version of iOS 7 that Apple is signing right now, so you can downgrade to iOS 7.1.1 only. Restoring to iOS 7.1.1 from iOS 8 will lose all data from your iDevice. You will not be able to restore to any iOS 8 Backup. However you can restore to any iOS 7 backup from the past if saved.
