Downgrade iOS 6.1.3 to iOS 6.1.2 using iFaith, iOS 6.13 came out as a nightmare to many of us who can’t imagine our iPhone without a jailbreak. Lets face it we all love jailbreaking and without it is like the end of the world, ok back to the point iFaith was released by iH8sn0w to save SHSH blobs from our devices, which in turn helps us to downgrade our firmware to a lower version from what we currently have. But the problem with iOS 6.1.3 is that it works only when you are using a pre A5 device, including iPhone 4 and iPod 4 Touch. Any new iDevices are not supported, the new version of iFaith has been released with fix for the APTicket Problem that arose on Cydia few weeks ago that crashed most of the SHSH blobs store on its server.

Will this work if I never had jailbroken my phone and Its on 6.1.3 Iphone 4s

    • No, it fetches SHSH blobs from cydia server so you got to had your device jailbroken when running on iOS 6.1.2, moreover iPhone 4S is not supported by this downgrade.

Really this needs to be better written. Not enough clear instructions and what devices this works on. BAD

    • Hi, sorry to hear that the article is not that clear. I will tell our writers to be more descriptive from next time, on the other note it is clearly written in the article that it works on pre-A5 device. Hope that helps.

    • Kenny, you can by downloading the corresponding firmware for your SHSH 6.1.2 for ipad 4. Use iFaith to combine the SHSH blob with the correct firmware for iPad 4 …just search youtube for how to do it. The rest should be easy for you to figure out assuming you have jailbroken an apple device before ;)
