Add New Email and Message Widget in Notification Center on iPhone

Don’t you sometimes wish that getting to the compose text message or compose email options on your iPhone should have taken a little less time? Don’t you sometimes wish that compose text message and compose email options were there in the Notification Center itself just like new Tweet and new Facebook post options, so that you can just swipe your thumb down to get to the options in an instant?

Well, guess what? Your wishes have just come true. Thanks to the Jailbreak tweak called Compose. What does it do? It does exactly what it says. It can be used to compose emails and text messages. But the differentiation comes here. It is integrated into the Notification Center. So, no more going to the text message and mail apps to compose text messages and emails respectively. All you need to do is swipe your thumb down to bring down the Notification Center and the options for New Message and New Mail are built right into it, thanks to the tweak, Compose.

The beauty of this tweak is that it does not change the look of the Notification Center. It looks as much native to the Notification Center as do the new Tweet and new Facebook post options. It seamlessly blends into the look and feel of the Notification Center as if it came with the stock iOS system software. It is also fully compatible with other framework type tweaks like Dashboard X.

It is a free tweak and is available in Cydia from the ModMyi repo. After installing it, go to Settings, then Notifications, then Compose, and set the toggle switch to On. Now you are good to go!
